Whhaaaat?!?
Last month, San Francisco Giants‘ Sergio Romo acted extra belligerent at the Sin City airport while possibly being under the influence of alcohol and was given a misdemeanor, but after careful examination of the situation, he isn’t being charged with shiz because of “lack of prosecutorial resources.”
A representative from the Clark County District Attorney’s office shared:
“We simply do not have the manpower or resources to go forward on every case … and must weigh the value, provability, and seriousness of each case accordingly.”
Ha! Guess being “angry and aggressive” toward airport officials is acceptable nowadays.
And here we thought if we did anything cray in the airport that we would automatically get our ass handed to us, but being Romo must have its perks!!
