The Kickstarter campaign to bring back Reading Rainbow was successful in hitting its initial goal of $1 million, but LeVar Burton is trying to go twice as high now!
OK, actually more like 5 times as high!
In order to get the Reading Rainbow revival into over 6,000 underfunded classrooms for free, LeVar needs to hit $5 million by July 2nd. And his friend Seth is taking a look in his checkbook and offering his support.
The Family Guy creator has pledged to match the next million dollars donated to the project!
