Shaq‘s ex and mistress Vanessa Lopez filed a lawsuit against the basketball giant because of assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other claims.
Obviously, Shaq moved to have it all dismissed.
All but the invasion of privacy part have been denied dismissal!
Apparently Shaq had friends and family tried to intimidate Vanessa to the point where she feared for her safety — a friend of Shaq’s even flew to Florida and harassed her with menacing texts and phone calls!
Scary!
All of this started because Vanessa told Shaq she thought she was pregnant.
We don’t like hearing this, because we’ve always thought Shaq was just this huge, likable, softie. It breaks our hearts to hear that it’s possible he isn’t!
