Shedding For The Wedding Trainer Jennifer Cohen Answers Your Questions

Hello Jennifer!
My fitness question is…. how can I healthfully… lose 2 inches from my “muffin top?” I am by no means fat, maybe a little bit soft, if you will..kindly…but I just tried on my wedding gown yesterday (1/14) and my dress is a size 2. Now, I could have them alter it by 2in, but in the long run I’d like to lose the tiny tire accumulating through my mid section. What are some good ways to make this happen. Aside from cutting out the refined sugars, I’m excellent with portion control but would like some helpful hints in the dreaded exercise department. Wedding is on March 20 of this year…..so PLEASE respond to this. I need all the help I can get.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU….!

Hi!
A better question couldn’t of been asked, given the fact that I’m the trainer on the upcoming show Shedding for the Wedding debuting on the CW Feb 23rd!
My specialty is getting people ready for their big day and getting results!!!!
Even though diet is a huge part of losing those last extra pounds there’s a great exercise technique you definitely have to try. It├óΓé¼Γäós called HIIT Training. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training!
This workout is super intense and all about speed. The good news (if there is any) is that they are the shortest workouts out there and usually take less than 20 minutes. Also ,you can literally lose 9x more fat doing this a couple times a week rather than the ho hum 60 min regular cardio session we all get in the rut off doing.
Try doing a 30 second interval with a 90 second recovery time 6x. As you get fitter and faster, gradually increase the intervals you do with less recovery time in between.
Ideally we want you to get up to 12 intervals with only a 30 second break of recovery in between.
OK, Good Luck and let me know how it goes!
