Whoa! These are some pretty serious accusations!
Sherri Shepherd is currently embroiled in a nasty legal battle for her unborn son with her husband Lamar Sally, but things just got uglier.
The 47-year-old actress’ first husband, Jeffrey Tarpley, says that Sherri totally neglects their 9-year-old special needs son Jeffrey Jr..
In fact, back in April, Tarpley filed emergency papers to have their custody documents modified because he claims that despite his age, their son can’t tie his shoes, and barely reads and writes. He also says that the boy doesn’t have proper hygiene because Sherri leaves him with “unskilled nannies” too often, and the ex blames Sherri’s busy schedule for it all.
After asking for full custody, Sherri fired back with her own documents saying that Jeffrey is an absentee dad.
Jeffrey’s papers, which were filed before Lamar├óΓé¼Γäós, were denied, but the judge set up a new court date in July.
Things can just get so ugly and sad when children are involved. We sincerely hope they figure this out quickly!
