The actor got into a spot of trouble when he was arrested in New York City at the Broadway show Cabaret in June 2014, but it looks like the story has a happy ending!
Shia has been attending AA to battle his alcohol addiction and he’s been making some good progress according to his recent court review!

At a hearing on Tuesday morning, the judge ruled that the Fury actor is successfully rehabbing himself and doesn’t have to go back to court until March.
Ya know, so the judge can make sure he’s completed his six-months of rehab!
Good going, Shia! Looks like you’re on the right track to recovery!
