Shia LaBeouf was apparently in some SERIOUS situations before his arrest!
New Orleans isn’t a calm place when it comes to Mardi Gras. The parties, the parades, the general chaos, it’s all a lot! So when locals started saying he was “terrorizing the city”? That’s how you know he was up to some wild s**t!
A 24/7 bar in the Louisiana city called Ms. Mae‘s front doorman Robert Skuse dished on Shia’s state last week to The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday.
During the Krewe of Bacchus parade on Thursday, Robert said he was “inebriated” but still nice, even taking time to take selfies with fans:
“He did the ‘Do you know who I am?’ bit … He was so nice on Thursday.”
It wasn’t until Sunday did he start getting into trouble. The doorman said he had to be told to put his shirt back on, but eventually was kicked out of Ms. Mae’s after he attempted to “be a celebrity bartender” … uhhh.

Bartender Kyle Catarouch said to the outlet:
“He asked me three times if he could use his credit card. [The bar has at least 50] cash only signs. Why don’t you go back and dig holes?”
“Dig holes” — LOLz!

Another bar, 45 Tchoup, said the actor was “totally chill” when visiting them, however. Owner Deb Shatz said:
“Yeah he was here, and he was totally chill. He came twice: the weekend before last and then Friday. He dipped his card but left without signing, so we added a 20 percent gratuity.”
It’s the anonymous insiders that had problems with Shia, though! A bartender from Thursday was reeling when they told the outlet:
“He is terrorizing the city!”
OMG!
Meanwhile, witnesses at the Dos Jefes cigar lounge said:
“He was louder than everyone and was giving acting instructions to a girl at the bar.”
Sounds like there were just a lot of smaller incidents that escalated to the big arrest… Yikes!
