Horrible timing!
Catherine Zeta-Jones has fallen ill with a terrible virus and there doesn’t seem to be any signs of her getting better soon! The actress has already missed five performances of her Broadway show, A Little Night Music, and if she can’t kick this thing, there might be no hope that she will make it to the Tony’s!
Or that she will win one!
For the next two weeks, Tony voters are said to be visiting each of the shows to start deliberating on who should win. The viral infection is specifically affecting CZJ’s ability to talk and sing and so, she has missed most of the performances slated with Tony voters.
Sources say that she is “deeply frustrated” with the situation and that her husband, Michael Douglas, has to constantly put his foot down and keep her home, instead of going to the theater.
Aw! That’s got to be rough all around!
We really hope you feel better soon, bb! We think that Tony could be yours, if you had the strength to fight for it!
