Facebook & Apple Will Cover The Expenses For Female Employees To Freeze Their Eggs! Here's The Business-Minded Reason Why!

Apple and Facebook have are pulling out all the stops for their female employees!
In an unprecedented move, the companies plan to pay up to $20,000 for women to freeze their eggs, an incentive they hope will attract top female talent.

The idea behind the perk is this: women are more apt to commit their most fertile years for work if they know they’ll be able to have kids in the future.
While the idea sounds really great in theory, there’s a catch: freezing one’s eggs doesn’t guarantee a pregnancy. In fact, there are only about 1,500 known live births resulting from frozen eggs globally, compared with about 1 million in vitro fertilization births using fresh eggs.
Well, regardless of the numbers, it sounds like a good deal!
