Simon Cowell Planning Major Changes For Britain's Got Talent

Be scared judges. Be very scared!
Simon Cowell does not want Britain’s Got Talent to be a ratings flop like last year and is flying back to the UK to announce major changes to the new judges, as a source said:

“Cowell’s back and he means business. The word ‘failure’ is not in his vocabulary.”

Simon announced earlier that he’s returning to the judges table, but is reportedly about to “lay down the law” for new judges David Walliams and Alesha Dixon before auditions begin.
What kind of changes does he have in mind?
Apparently he wants more variety, but that’s a little vague and we’re curious as to what he’s got up his sleeve.
