We think it is for the best. Whatever has been going on with her the last month, she desperately needs some help.
The new year has not started off well for Sinead O’Connor. After getting married to Barry Herridge, she split, reunited and split with him again, all within a month’s time frame. Add that to the strange and alarming tweets she sent out just a week ago about her mental state, and her life equals out to one big mess.
Which is why it has been decided by the Sinead to be hospitalized for depression. She took to her Twitter this week to confirm the news and reveal to her followers her reasoning for seeking treatment. She posts:
“Gonna be off radar for few weeks. But will be back. Worry not.
Im going to hospital. Treatment for depression. Not at all well. But they will put me back together quick. …so will be back..and smiling. Prolly 2 weeks ish.”
Don’t rush this, hun! Take all the time you need to get yourself better. There might be tough road ahead of you and you deserve the time to get yourself whole again.
