Alright, so look at this movie poster for The Expendables. If you live in any kind of metropolitan area, you’ve surely seen this picture on a billboard or two.
Now, anything you notice that is kind of… odd? C’mon, look closer. Borrow your Dad’s reading glasses if you think that will help. (It won’t.)
Give up? Well, let us just tell you then – Mr. Sly Stallone is over-compensating…his height.
Notice how the Italian Stallion seems to be standing on an equal playing field with the rest of the boys? Well, in real life, Bruce Willis stands about 3 inches taller than Sly and Dolph Lundgren lurches over everyone at 6 feet, 4-and-a-quarter inches up in the air!
Because he is a sad, strange little midget of a man (and because he wrote, directed, & starred in the damn thing), Sly insisted that the image be change so that everyone looked relatively the same height.
You should be proud with what you’ve got, bb! (Even if at times it is riddled with steroids!)
