Shia LaBeouf failed to appear in court on Tuesday to face an unlawful smoking charge. LaBeouf was scheduled to appear in a Los Angeles County courthouse on the misdemeanor offense, but neither he nor his lawyer showed up, according to court documents filed yesterday.
A $1,000 bench warrant for LaBeouf was subsequently issued cause he dissed the law!

The Indiana Jones star was cited last month for unlawful smoking, according to the warrant. The incident happened in Burbank, which has smoking bans in many public places.
A message left with LaBeouf’s publicist was not immediately returned.
What’s going on with Shia? Remember his incident in Chicago last year when he was arrested for refusing to leave a Walgreens? He’s acting out in some ‘silly’ ways.
But, at least he’s not getting DUIs. Yet!
