We knew they’d attend the same event sooner or later!!
Solange narrowly (and intentionally) avoided designer Rachel Roy at last night’s Council of Fashion Designers of America awards in New York City.
If you remember, Rachel was the one who allegedly ignited the infamous Met Gala elevator feud between Solange and Jay Z — after the rapper was seen flirting with the bronzed fashionista.
So on Monday, the two ladies kept their distance from one another, hoping to not give the press anything else to report!
A source explained the clear event avoidance:
“Rachel looked uncomfortable. They obviously didn’t want to run into Solange and Solange’s people also tried to steer clear of them.”
We know Beyoncé and fam have since moved on from the unfortunate incident, so hopefully this good event behavior means Rachel and Solange have too!
Here’s to no drama!
