Sophie Turner & Joe Jonas Welcome Their First Child Together!

There’s a new princess in the North!

On Wednesday July 22, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas officially welcomed their first child together and we couldn’t be happier for the cute couple!!

The first-time parents confirmed the happy news in a statement to Us Weekly, saying:

“Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are delighted to announce the birth of their baby.”

Per TMZ, the little bebe’s name is Willa!

As you’re likely aware, the HBO star and Jonas Brothers band member kept their big pregnancy news under wraps for the most part! However, a source did spill details about their secret family planning to Just Jared back in February:

“The couple is keeping things very hush hush but their friends and family are super excited for them.”

At the time, Turner was reportedly in her second trimester and another insider shared had started already prepping her body for the changes that come with motherhood:

“Sophie has decidedly been choosing outfits to wear on and off the carpet to accommodate her changing body.”

At roughly three and a half months into the pregnancy, which is considered a safe time to reveal baby news, an insider told E! News that Sophie and Joe felt comfortable enough to tell their families they were expecting!

“They told their families recently and everyone is ecstatic and so happy for them.”

And now, their little bundle of joy has arrived to make life that much sweeter! Yay!

The 23-year-old actress and 30-year-old musician famously tied the knot in a Las Vegas ceremony following the Billboard Music Awards on May 1, 2019. The first-time parents would go on to have another larger and more official wedding late the next month in France.

We can’t wait to see pics and videos of this bundle of joy soon! The little babe is now cousins to Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle‘s two daughters, Alena Rose, 6, and Valentina Angelina, 3. The Jonas clan might get even bigger soon, too, as Priyanka Chopra previously told Entertainment Tonight she definitely has plans to start a family with Nick Jonas sometime in the next couple of years. Awesome!
