A rat sees dead people!

Not really, but a rat was given a sixth sense by scientists who developed a system that connects a head-mounted sensor to a brain region that normally processes touch sensations from whiskers.
A scientist said:
“Instead of seeing, the rats learned how to touch the light.”
This breakthrough could allow scientists to develop a new brain prostheses for humans that restores sight for people with a damaged visual cortex. Hypothetically they would install a video camera in the part of the brain that processes touch.
And THIS could lead to developments where humans have crazy powers!!!
One scientist said:
“It could be X-rays, radio waves, anything. Superman probably had a prosthetic device that nobody knew of.”
Wait?!?!
