Stephen Collins can now add a third law enforcement agency that’s investigating him for alleged child molestation and/or exposing himself to young girls.

According to sources, the victim who has now filed the complaint was 13 years old at the time of the incident in question.
Sources also say that the victim was the relative of one of his Stephen’s neighbors back in 1983.
In the recently released audio that had Stephen allegedly confessing to child molestation, Stephen admits that he “made amends” with said victim.
The New York Police Department referred the incident to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department since it occurred in their jurisdiction.
Stephen is apparently listed as “suspect.”
