Steve Carell just landed a 3-year first-look deal with Warner Bros. Pictures.

Carell’s production company has been named Carousel Prods. It will be run by his pals Vance DeGeneres and Charlie Hartsock. And their offices will be situated on the WB lot.
In a statement to industry rag Variety, Carell said, “My idea was to partner with friends of mine, people I trusted, with whom I share a certain sensibility. I have some ideas for films, but I├óΓé¼Γäóve gotten to know so many people who are funny, talented and fertile with ideas that I├óΓé¼Γäóm confident this very strong base of friendships will lead to projects.”
Carell also plans to produce pics that will not be starring vehicles for him.
We expect a lot of funny to come from them! And a little suck too.
