Like he had any other choice! He has a plane full of witnesses who saw the whole shebang go down!
Former flight attendant and hero to the underpaid/overworked people of the world, Steven Slater, pled guilty this morning in a Queens, NY courtroom on two counts of criminal mischief in regards to his dramatic exit from his job with JetBlue.
Because he owned up to it, he won’t be going to jail. However, the judge ordered he enter into a year-long mental health program and also receive substance and alcohol abuse counseling.
Seems fair enough! Maybe while you’re in counseling you can invite the camera along and get started on that reality show we keep hearing you’re going to get! Maybe you can do your counseling with Dr. Drew????
