Jet Blue fight attendant, Steven Slater, is still legally married to Cynthia Susanne Niethamer. The two got hitched in Vegas in 1991 and separated after just eight months.
She waited till 2006 to file for divorce, even though the two had not been together in 15 years, and cite “fraud” as the reason. There are several reasons that fraud may have been named.

And court records show the case is still pending.
