Back in January, a Stranger Things fan named Ericka Millholland reached out to actor David Harbour on Twitter to see if he might officiate her September wedding to partner Daniel Rockwood.
At the time Harbour said sure — if her tweet could get 125,000 retweets (and if he could have the first slice of their wedding cake!).

Well, six-digits worth of retweets and nine months later, and Harbour made good on his promise on Saturday, showing up in Springfield, Illinois to officiate Millholland’s wedding dressed as Chief Hopper from the Netflix show!
