Former O.C. star Rachel Bilson was spotted out in Hollywood on Monday with her cute doggie and a friend tagging along.
The gals and the pooch were then snapped as they left a restaurant.
But Rachel’s feet must have been hurting, cuz she took off her shoes for a bit and walked around barefoot!
