You may recall that Sugarland used to be a trio, rather than a duo. The band had a third member, once upon a time, but she left to go pursue her own career.
That’s about the time that the band BLEW UP and made household country names of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush. As you can imagine, their former third piece of Sugar, Kristen Hall, didn’t like that so much and filed a lawsuit agains them to get her hands on their profits. Her defense – she helped found the band, she was entitled. Her asking price – $14 million!
Wowza! Someone’s a little greedy!
Well, today the feud is over as sources report that the band has settled with Kristen finally. The terms of the deal are unknown, but hopefully, Kristen didn’t get anywhere near her asking price. That’s just plain ludicrous for doing absolutely nothing!
