Every high-profile actress needs a dog publicist, obvs.
Over the past few days, Susan Sarandon‘s dog Penny Lane took to Twitter to give us updates about the actress’ sprained ankle. According to Ms. Lane, Susan injured herself while climbing a mountain Colombia.
