T. R. Knight's Departure From Grey's: CONFIRMED!

Once again, T. R. Knight’s departure from Grey’s Anatomy has been confirmed, this time by Entertainment Weekly.

Knight’s departure is just another piece of the dramz that has beset the program.

Apparently, series creator Shinda Rhimes had been preparing for Knight to leave, reducing his appearance in the last half of the season so that his absence from the finale would not seem unnatural.

Considering the cliffhanger revelation that Knight’s character is the John Doe hit by a bus, it looks like he may not survive into the next season. Duh!
