Tara Reid has apologized to the troubled actress today after calling her a “mean” drunk and saying other hurtful things earlier this week. She tweeted:
Let’s hope things turn around for LiLo, however unlikely that may be. The gurrrl really could use a break given her recent rehab dramz.
