Taryn Manning is NOT down for cheap couture!
On Sunday, the Orange is the New Black actress attended the SAG Awards in a black Adrianna Papell “High-Low Ball Gown” that retails for a whopping $200.
While some praised the 39-year-old’s affordable look, the thespian claims she was not aware of the price, and feels she deserves better!

On Thursday, in a video from TMZ, Manning is spotted at LAX where the reporter praises her “cool” outfit. In response, she said:
“No it’s not. It’s wack that the stylist didn’t tell me that… But now everybody else can afford it, so that’s what’s cool about it.”
In fact, the Crossroads alum believes she is worthy of a “superstar gown.”
With all of the media attention the dress is getting, Manning strongly thinks the designer should give her a cut of the profits!
“The designer got a lot of press; she should pay me a lot of money.”
You can still buy the frock at Macy’s (HERE) or Bloomingdale’s (HERE).
