Taylor Frankie Paul called BS on whatever Dakota Mortensen told the police after their alleged domestic violence incident!
According to audio from the Draper Police Department and obtained by TMZ on Thursday, a cop called The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star after her baby daddy filed a report about a violent fight that took place in February. Taylor, before hearing anything about the allegations, apparently informed the officer to contact her attorney. However, the cop insisted their “main concern” at the time was making sure she was OK. He then asked:
“You’re doing OK?”
To which the confused MomTok star replied:
“Yeah, I guess if you got a report of, you know, from the other person, you’re checking if I’m OK, which I know from his story is not accurate, so I, I guess that kind of confuses me as well.”
The officer told Taylor that “there were some concerns that there were some injuries” to her, and they just wanted to come to her house and check in on her before the next steps in the investigation.

He went on to recommend to the Hulu personality that she “cut off all communication” with Dakota moving forward due to the case, especially not to make any statements to him regarding the incident. However, at this point, Taylor is still “confused” about what is going on:
“So, he called and told injuries that I have.”
The cop reiterated what he previously stated, that they only wanted to check up on her after hearing about “possible injury” she may have after the alleged incident. But Taylor fired back:
“There was a possible injury. How does that even make sense?”
Is Taylor unsure why Dakota is reporting her injuries when filing a DV report against her? It sounds like it…
Both Taylor and Dakota ended up having injuries from the alleged incident. They even had photo proof of the bruises, along with text messages discussing her having a bloody nose. But the former couple have different versions of what happened in February, with each claiming the other was the perpetrator.
Ultimately, prosecutors declined to file criminal charges against Taylor. A police report also indicated Dakota was the “primary aggressor” of the alleged car dispute. Listen to the entire call (below):

Let’s just hope that Taylor and Dakota can move on once everything settles. They have been stuck in this toxic cycle for far too long.
