Shocking new photos and texts are out detailing the aftermath of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives exes Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen‘s alleged violent fight.
You know the former couple were involved in another domestic violence incident in late February, and both reality stars accused each other of being the primary aggressor. After reviewing the case, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office opted not to file charges against Taylor this week. Now, the police have released the jaw-dropping evidence!

Per Page Six, in a complaint, Dakota accused Taylor of attacking him at her home during the early morning hours of February 22. While in bed with their 2-year-old son, Ever, he claimed the MomTok star became angry after discussing his previous relationships and grabbed his throat, face, and neck and shoved him into a window. Dakota said he tried to call the authorities, but Taylor convinced him to hang up the phone instead.
The report then states that the following day, Dakota returned to her home after they had been intimate, and the topic of his love life came up again. Taylor allegedly “became angry again, mounted him, grabbed his throat, and screamed in his face.” Girl… She’s also accused of throwing several items at him, leaving a hole in the wall. According to Dakota, she then followed him out to his car and continued to punch him. The police report added:
“Dakota shoved her off, causing her to hit her head on the center console screen. Upon leaving again, Dakota received a text from Taylor stating she was gushing blood from her nose and it would not stop.”
Photos of Dakota allegedly taken after the incident show him with a bloody nose, a bruise on his thigh, and scratches on his face and neck. However, the police report noted that his neck scratches were inconsistent with those photographed by the officers. Take a look (below):

Yikes…
Taylor, on the other hand, tells a different story of what happened in February. The report said she told law enforcement she asked Dakota to leave her home on February 22, but he refused. The content creator did not mention any physical violence happening that day, but claimed things escalated when he came back to her house the following day.
Taylor alleged that while in his car, Dakota spilled his drink on himself and became angry. He then allegedly slammed her head against the dashboard before grabbing her by the neck and back. AWFUL. The television personality further accused Dakota of trying to “sabotage anything big or exciting happening with her life,” meaning her season of The Bachelorette, which got cancelled when her 2023 domestic violence video dropped.
Just like Dakota, Taylor also showcased her injuries from the alleged incident. She has bruising on her forehead, back, and arm in photos. See (below):

Whoa…
We not only have photos, but text messages around the time of the alleged incident. TMZ obtained the texts, which showed Dakota reaching out to Taylor to say he is “not doing well.” When the social media personality asked what was going on, he replied:
“I just feel so broken rn I just need love
I just feel so lost and I’m so sad rn I’m literally hurting I’m freaking out”
Taylor wondered how she could give him that, but he fired back:
“That’s the thing you don’t love me or want me and that’s why it hurts so bad
i just feel so unworthy of love and I just haven’t seen you love me in so long i am finally breaking”
Dakota later added:
“I know thank you for trying even. I’m just sad and I just miss you and I hate everything happening
“
To which Taylor responded:
“I know I’m sorry. I wish I was stronger for all this … I hate it too”
Unsurprisingly, Dakota is then upset about The Bachelorette:
“I know. And now I have to watch you fall in love with the rest of the world
and give every guy a side of you I’ve craved everyday. I can’t
“
It’s not over. Following the alleged DV situation, Taylor texted Dakota again:
“My nose is broken and need to go to the ER is goshing blood out.”
He seemingly arrived at her home again, demanding she “open the door.” However, Taylor said she “can’t leave yet” because she has her three children and would go to the hospital “tomorrow and shove cotton in” for now. Dakota replied that he would “watch them” or asked to “help” her before telling her to “open the door” again. He then added:
“You don’t wanna f**k?”
OMG! We already knew from their previous court hearing that he asked this! But it is nevertheless shocking after what allegedly happened! Not only reacting to the message with a clown emoji, but she also clapped back:
“f**k? My nose won’t stop sushing blood The f**k is wrong with you.”
Dakota claimed Taylor mentioned having sex during a phone call, but she clarified:
“I said talk the f**k”
He then fired off in a series of messages:
“Hahaha omg”
“Sure”
“Actually I’m good f**k this my truck is f**ked”
“Goodbye”
“F**k your abuse”
“
“
And Taylor hit back:
“F**K YOURS”
One final message from Dakota simply said:
“See ya in court”
They are in the middle of a legal battle now over respective protective orders and custody of their son. After temporarily losing it due to his filing, Taylor currently has only supervised visits with Ever, while Dakota is the primary caregiver. They’ll have another hearing about the matter on April 30. However, she will not have to deal with any charges now. The police explained they are not going after Tay due to “insufficient corroborating evidence.” Notably, the police report also stated they believe Dakota was the “primary aggressor” of the alleged car incident — not the mom of three:
“With this new information [we] believe that Dakota to the primary aggressor of the second incident on the 23rd, and there is limited information for the 22nd.”
Whew! This. Is. A. Lot.
We just pray they both get the healing they need (and many, many therapy sessions) — for Ever’s sake especially!
