Taylor Frankie Paul just scored a win amid all her legal battles.
As we previously reported, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star accused Dakota Mortensen‘s roommate, Cru Eaton, of stalking and harassing her when she filed a civil injunction in Utah’s Salt Lake County on Friday.
This came right after the friend posted a video online of a “freshly postpartum” Taylor sobbing during an argument with her baby daddy. It’s not the first time Cru has posted about the Hulu personality either amid the former couple’s custody battle, which is why his ex-girlfriend thinks he has an “obsession” with her. He’s previously hopped online to accuse Taylor of threatening him and cheating on the Bachelorette winner Doug Mason, as well as to expose her text messages.

His actions resulted in Taylor asking for a temporary order of protection for “civil stalking,” and she got it! According to Us Weekly, a judge granted her a three-year restraining order against Cru on Wednesday. The court motion said:
“An Order has been signed and issued on the statewide Domestic Violence Network.”
