It’s no secret that Taylor Swift had a definite hit when Shake It Off was dropped as the first single from her new album, 1989!
Well, it looks like Tay-Tay’s pop-inspired music is here to stay.
That’s because in an interview with Good Morning America, Taylor opened up about her love for all things pop and the inspiration behind her new music.
Plus, when she started talking about people loving the album, she got genuinely emotional, saying:

“I feel so… without a doubt this is the best thing I’ve done.”

From what we’ve been hearing today, we think so too!
In case you didn’t know, in honor of the album’s release, iHeartRadio stations all across the country have been playing different songs from the new album all day, and we absolutely love what we’re hearing.
