A lot of people complain about going to the gym and how boring it is, so to that we say DON’T go to the gym, then!
Find some other kind of healthy activity — something that you enjoy, something that’s fun, and do that!
Take Taylor for instance: we have no idea if she hates the gym, but we DO know that she’s in fantastic shape and she hits the dance studio really often!
So we bet it’s safe to assume her dancing gets that sweat flowin’ and keeps that booty tight!
Take a page out of Taylor’s book and find something you LOVE!
