After 12-year-old Grace VanderWaal sung her way to the very top of America’s Got Talent, superstar Taylor reached out with a very special, personal gift of flowers to help the young woman celebrate her AH-Mazing accomplishment!

The Bad Blood singer sent a bouquet of flowers and a personal note to VanderWaal, and when the young girl got them, and read the note, she freaked out in the cutest way imaginable!
