Taylor Swift can finally shake off that unlucky “Lucky 13” lawsuit!
As we’ve previously reported, the Blank Space songstress was slapped with an infringement suit over a year ago by someone claiming she intentionally ripped off his “Lucky 13” trademarks from his Blue Sphere clothing line.

Well, back in August, it was revealed the 25-year-old would actually be going to trial and would have to testify under oath!
That could have been pretty horrible, especially since the California-based clothing company was attempting to dig up dirt on good ol’ Tay to bring her in.
But it looks like her legal team finally got something right as it was revealed on Monday that she actually settled the suit.
According to new reports, both parties were able to reach an agreement on Friday, which they brought to a judge — though there was no word on what or possibly how much they agreed on.
Could lucky 13 be losing its touch for Tay???
