The young thangs were spotted Thurdsay evening leaving a party at the Crosby Hotel in NYC HAND IN HAND (above) before taking a car back to Taylor’s current residence for ANOTHER sleep over!

Did Lady Tay allude to Harry as her “Trouble” man via Twitter? Well, during the car trip, Taylor tweeted:
