So do we! Nowadays, Selenita is off galavanting with other folks while TSwifty has secluded herself in NYC, surrounding herself with new friends like Lena Dunham and Hailee Steinfeld!
Although the once loving friendship between Taylena has abruptly ended, possibly due to Justin Bieber, that doesn’t mean the I Knew You Were Trouble songstress moved across the country to dodge her ex-bestie!
In fact, a source close to Tay dished the singer moved for more inspiration:
“She is in New York because she├óΓé¼Γäós working on her album. She├óΓé¼Γäós putting one out soon but she├óΓé¼Γäós still trying to write some more songs and she├óΓé¼Γäós really inspired by New York. She feels very creative when she├óΓé¼Γäós there, it├óΓé¼Γäós inspiring her to create. It├óΓé¼Γäós such a different head space than Nashville or LA, she loves all three places but right now New York is more her speed.”
A change in scenery was probably all TayTay needed for some new inspiration and creativity!
Any rumors of Taylor moving to NYC to get away from Selena is just pish-posh! The insider continued to reveal that Taylor still cares for the starlet!
They said:
“Taylor├óΓé¼Γäós hopeful that they will eventually be friends again. She misses Selena, but she├óΓé¼Γäós not interested in being friends with her if Justin is still in her life. Taylor thinks he├óΓé¼Γäós like an addiction for Selena and she├óΓé¼Γäós not going to enable her. This is tough love, but for sure Taylor still loves Selena, she always will.”
Well, from the latest report, it seems like Selena is definitely over the Confident singer!
Maybe these two can reunite again on Taylor’s new album? We can only hope!!
