Taylor Swift has a new home… at a new record label that is.
The singer announced on her Instagram Monday that she signed a new multi-year recording agreement with Republic Records at Universal Music Group, all while talking about the future of the music industry.

In case you didn’t know, Taylor was one of the first signings to Big Machine Records, based in Nashville, from 2005 until her new deal was struck. She now joins an impressive artist roster including Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Lorde, and others.
