A high school English teacher in Virginia is under investigation for telling the only African-American student in her class to read a Langston Hughes poem ‘Blacker.”
AND, it gets worse! The the 14-year-old says after reading the poem she asked him why black people like grape soda and rap music.
He was totally embarrassed because he was the only black student in the class.
That teacher needs to be slapped…but she’s probs just gonna get fired.
