Teddi Mellencamp’s Ex DEMANDS Court Enforce Prenup In Divorce Filing Response! DETAILS!

Edwin Arroyave has responded to Teddi Mellencamp’s divorce filing!

As we previously reported, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shocked fans when she announced last weekend she broke up with her husband of 13 years. What happened? Teddi did not say a word. Even in her filing, she just cited irreconcilable differences. That’s it. However, there are rumors that the former reality star has been cheating on Edwin with her horse trainer for a long time! Whoa!

Now, Edwin has filed a response to Teddi’s divorce petition on Friday — and it looks like they are not in agreement on some things! According to documents obtained by US Weekly, the 47-year-old businessman revealed the former couple had a prenuptial agreement and demanded the court enforce it. The legal docs said:

“Pursuant to the parties’ Premarital Agreement, all assets, income from all sources, and obligations of each party are his/her separate property, except as specifically set forth therein. The full nature and extent of [Arroyave’s] separate property is not fully known to [Arroyave] at this time. [Arroyave] will amend this Response and/or file and/or serve appropriate further pleadings to set forth any additional information at a later time as more information becomes available to him.”

Per TMZ, Edwin also wants the court to honor the spousal support terms that are already in the prenup. It is unknown what the agreement on that matter is, but Teddi asked for spousal support and for the court to terminate his ability to get it in her own filing. Here is where the big differences come in. Edwin lists the date of separation as November 1 — the day she filed. Weird. Teddi put down October 20. Hmm. Additionally, he asked for joint legal and physical custody of their kids, Slate, Dove, and Cruz, while his estranged wife wants primary custody.
