Tracee Ellis Ross brought it to the Teen Choice Awards in LA Sunday!
The actress pretty much outdid everyone in a dolman sleeve, swirl-print dress and platform Stella McCartney sneakers, and we don’t know if we love it or hate it, but it’s definitely going to stay in our minds for a while!
