Nathan Griffith is dropping some VERY serious new allegations against Jenelle Evans!
The 30-year-old ex-boyfriend of the Teen Mom star, who dated her from 2013 to 2015, has now filed suit in court to modify the pair’s custody agreement over their four-year-old Kaiser because, he says, the little boy tested positive for chemicals in marijuana at birth.

According to court documents first obtained by Radar Online, Griffith is fighting for full legal and physical custody of their son, while Evans may apparently receive just secondary custody via supervised visitation if the case goes through.
Her baby daddy claims in the docs that Kaiser “tested positive for [tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)] at birth,” though an Evans source denies it
Wow…
That’s because, according to Griffith, Jenelle and current husband David Eason have “drug dependency and substance abuse issues.”
Combine this with the recent incident in which Jenelle pulled a gun on a driver in a road rage altercation while her eight-year-old son Jace was also in the car with her, too, and there’s a disturbing pattern here.

For Griffith, he just hopes to get custody of Kaiser after making these accusations.
The ex told TMZ (below):
“[Jenelle’s behavior] will help in getting custody of Kaiser because it shows an unstable environment and a very hectic situation instead of being calm [and] escalating where it could be potentially more hazardous.”
Serious, serious stuff…
