Teen Mom’s Nathan Griffith Sentenced To YEARS In Prison After Yet Another Domestic Violence Arrest

Teen Mom’s Nathan Griffith Sentenced To YEARS In Prison For Domestic Violence

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

Nathan Griffith is going to prison.

The Teen Mom alum, who shares 10-year-old son Kaiser with ex Jenelle Evans, will be behind bars for quite a stay this time, according to The US Sun. If you haven’t been following, he’s been making headlines over the past two years regarding two wild domestic violence situations.

In February of 2023, he was arrested for domestic battery by strangulation. That case, however, was dropped after the unnamed victim refused to cooperate with law enforcement officers.

Fast forward five months to July 2023, Nathan gets arrested for strangulation AGAIN — this time of his older sister Heather in her Las Vegas home! At the time, she told The Sun her brother had “tried to kill” her after her husband went away for the weekend. Nathan reportedly took to the bottle and then attacked Heather, leaving her close to death. Luckily, she managed to call the cops and he was whisked away to jail.

So incredibly scary.

He was ultimately let out on probation but placed on a strict plan. No over-consuming alcohol, no drugs, no weapons, no leaving the state without permission, and no lawbreaking. The 37-year-old, who suffers from a traumatic brain injury and PTSD as the result of serving in the Marines, was also ordered to check into rehab, and it seemed like things were getting better… Until last month.

On April 23, he was arrested yet AGAIN… For strangulation of ANOTHER woman in his life! This time of his 21-year-old now-ex-girlfriend Anastasia Biddle. What the actual F**K!

He was thrown in jail yet again, and now everything has finally caught up to him.

On Thursday, The US Sun revealed Nathan has been sentenced to a “maximum of 48 with a minimum parole eligibility of 14 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections.” Four years!!!

According to a source, “Nathan pleaded for leniency, but the judge said he had been in her courtroom too many times for that” Seriously! THREE strangulation arrests? The source added:

“The judge told him ‘You are a danger to others and you’re going to kill someone.’”

The ruling reportedly moved Nathan to tears, with the insider added, “Nathan was really tearful and remorseful. Everyone was crying, it was a really hard experience.”

According to eyewitnesses, his estranged wife May Oyola, his ex-girlfriend Anastasia, and his sister Heather were all in attendance. The source continued:

“Nathan’s attorney really tried everything he could, but the judge said she had given Nathan enough chances, and that this wasn’t even his first probation violation … His attorney tried to use Nathan’s military service in asking for a lighter sentence or to try to serve some of the sentence out on probation but the judge basically was like we’ve tried everything here.”

It sounds like it… At some point a person just has to do the time if all else fails. The insider added:

“They tried different programs to put him in, they’ve tried rehab, they tried halfway houses, they’ve tried so many things with him. The judge was just like we tried everything and we can’t anymore.”

So Nathan agreed to serve the 14- to 48-month sentence as part of a plea deal, which stipulates he must not face any new criminal charges “including reckless driving or DUI, but excluding minor traffic violations” or the state may “increase [his] sentence as a habitual criminal, from five to 20 years, or a definite 25-year team with the possibility of parole after 10 years.”

Damn… Dude needs to get it together.
