Just when they thought it couldn’t get any worse, another pile of s**t has hit the fan!!
A local U.S. District Attorney’s Office has indicted Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice on MORE federal fraud charges!!!
Both Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are being charged with one count of bank fraud and one count of loan application fraud!!
Oh noes! As if their lawyers weren’t stressed out enough already! Those legal eagles are really earning their pay!
For those of you keeping score at home, that brings their grand total of charges to brought against the reality stars to 41. Teresa and Joe already pled “not guilty” to the first 39 charges earlier this summer.
According to the folks throwing the book at them, the Giudices lied in 2005 while applying for a mortgage loan worth over $350k. If convicted, each charge could translate into 30 years in jail and a whopping $1 million fine.
Yikes!!! But Juicy Joe is too pretty for prison!!!
The couple is expected to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Newark.
