It’s still a whole year before we get to see The Amazing Spider-Man, but Sony is wasting no time before setting a release date for the movie’s sequel.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be released on May 2, 2014.
2014?? That’s sooooo far away!
But producers are confident that their reboot will be a huge hit. A Sony exec said:
“I think it speaks volumes about our confidence in what we are seeing on the new film and our desire to move quickly on the next installment.”
Our spidey senses tell us that they just may be right!
