This band is off to a terrible start!

When three ex-Evanesence members and Idol finalist Carly Smithson formed The Fallen, they should have at least done an internet search!!!

The Fallen is already a band…and they are pissed!!!

Legal papers have been sent to the new band demanding a cease and desist order!

It seems that the new band has re-branded themselves We Are The Fallen.

A real leap from the last name!

We bet Amy Lee would never have had this problem!
