On Wednesday, a three-judge panel was reportedly taking up Democrat Al Franken‘s motion to dismiss Republican Norm Coleman‘s suit over the Senate recount results.
Franken’s people say Minnesota law and the U.S. Constitution prevent Norm and his boys from waging an ‘exhaustive review of the recount’ that was certified by the state Canvassing Board and gives the U.S. Senate power to fill the seat.
Norm of course countered and said he has rights to challenge the finding.
Just toss a coin, guys!
Kidding.
