If watching Zac Efron dance and sing didn’t do it for you, then you have no soul you might like this Disney venture better.
Disney has announced the cast of their upcoming teen dramedy, Prom. Producers say the flick will have the “mold” of High School Musical, but the feel of classic John Hughes’ coming-of-age tales.
The cast is a litter of unknowns and we doubt any of you have heard of any of them. (If you have, you’re either their agent or their mom!)
In a way, we’re glad to see a bunch of kids get a good head start in the biz. On the other hand, there is no one comparable to the hotness of Zacquisha in the bunch, so this might not fair so well. The lucky up-and-comers are Aimee Teegarden, Thomas McDonell, Danielle Campbell, Nolan Sotillo, Yin Chang, Jared Kusnitz, Nicholas Braun, Ben Esler, Kylie Bunbury, and DeVaughn Nixon.
