Nicolle Wallace has nothing but good things to say about her time spent on The View!
Last week, the political commentator made a joke on-air about being fired from the daytime talk show after a one year stint as co-host! But on Thursday’s episode, the 43-year-old got much more emotional when talking about her exit and bidding farewell to her panelists!

Wallace’s exit was announced after the producers offered her a lesser role on the show as a contributor, which she turned down for a contributor role on MSNBC covering Donald Trump‘s presidential campaign!
Even though she was a co-host for only one season, Wallace gushed to the audience about how much she enjoyed her time on the ABC show, saying:
“I love you guys, and you know I never thought I would get this job in a million years. I was more surprised to get it than I would have been to not get it…I have loved being a part of this table I have loved sitting in this chair and it was never mine, but I’m lucky I got to occupy it for a little bit.”
