The View premiered on Monday, and with a new group led by returning controversial co-hosts Rosie O’Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg, you can bet it got some people excited.
Between the draw of Rosie and Whoopi’s polarizing opinions and the curiosity to see new co-hosts Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace, the audience tuned in to the roundtable!
With 3.9 million viewers, the first episode of season 18 had the highest premiere ratings in 8 years – the last time Rosie joined the show!
We guess ABC’s gamble paid off!
