What? Did you think they were just going to hush up about it? (Especially when their new rival talkshow premieres today???)
The ladies of The View had a few more comments to make today in regards to the throwdown with Bill O’Reilly last week. Joy Behar made it clear that it was her intention to stand up to bigotry, like the kind Bill was spewing, so she “stood up.” The same went for Whoopi, who revealed that she had had “enough” and would have probably “cussed him out” had she stuck around.”
Always the mediator, Barbara Walters tried to make peace and get the ladies to understand that getting angry with Bill wasn’t the answer because they were just giving him what he wanted. She explains:
├óΓé¼┼ôThis is a country full of rage, and we should be able to have conversations without rage ├óΓé¼┬ª without obscenities…He loves to pull your chain.”
Let him pull his own chain! We think he was extremely rude to the ladies on their turf, no less. This country is full of rage, but it is people like Bill who fuel the fires, not Joy or Whoopi!
Stand your ground ladies! We’ve got your back!
